  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any delays.

  •  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    •  Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our products. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • Burnen Wood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at burnenwood@outlook.com.

  •  For lost or missing packages, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications.
