1/2 thick, 20/12 inches wide, 36 inches long, weighs 7 pounds. this custom flag was made using the shou sugi ban method, in order to bring out the wood grain, color and texture of the wood. the gold and white emblem was hand painted. the logo itself was routed into the wood. it is made with water-resistant, interior/exterior wood glue. The 1775 is the year the marines were started. It has 2 layers of gloss, exterior, spar urethane on the front and back.
